About kelsie
Kelsie Rathbun is a classically trained soprano based in St. Louis, MO, with a passion for creating meaningful musical experiences through sacred, classical, and contemporary music. She received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music in Wheaton, Illinois, where she also completed a Certificate in Worship Arts.
Known for her expressive artistry, refined musicianship, and collaborative spirit, Kelsie has performed as a soloist, worship leader, and choral singer with nationally recognized ensembles, including the Washington Chorus, the National Symphony Orchestra, the National Children's Chorus, and the St. Louis Symphony Chorus. Singing on stage, in places of worship, or in the studio, Kelsie’s diverse performance background has encompassed solo and ensemble repertoire in sacred and classical works, musical theater, gospel, contemporary pop and faith-based music, to name a few. This breadth of experience allows her to bring versatility, heartfelt authenticity, and professionalism across many genres of music.
Kelsie is passionate about using music to elevate life's most meaningful moments. In addition to serving in church services, she has had the privilege of singing in the weddings of close friends and family members. From these experiences and from the time spent carefully selecting music for her own wedding, Kelsie has a deepened appreciation for the significance of music at the heart of each celebration. She considers it an honor to help couples create a ceremony that is both beautiful and personal through thoughtfully chosen, high-quality music.
